These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Sky Glass TV Mounting (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website https://sky-glass.co.uk (the “Website”) and the provision of installation and related services (the “Services”).

By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Customer”, “you” and “your” means the person or business using our Services.

1.2 “Services” means TV wall mounting, cable concealment, set-up and any other installation or related work provided by us.

1.3 “Warranty Period” means 12 months from the date the Services are completed.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Payment must be made in full upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Provision of Services

3.1 We will carry out the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

3.2 We may use subcontractors where necessary provided they meet our quality and safety standards.

4. Warranty

4.1 We provide a 12-month warranty on all parts and labour for the Services we perform (“Warranty”).

4.2 The Warranty applies only if:

  4.2.1 our own bracket is used for the installation, and

  4.2.2 the work is carried out by a qualified installer authorised by us.

4.3 The Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us but does not cover:

  4.3.1 damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect or unauthorised modifications;

  4.3.2 normal wear and tear;

  4.3.3 damage due to third-party equipment not supplied or fitted by us;

  4.3.4 aesthetic issues that do not affect performance.

4.4 Any Warranty claim must be made within the Warranty Period by contacting us and providing reasonable evidence of the defect.

4.5 We may, at our sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts or correct faulty workmanship under this Warranty.

4.6 Warranty resolution is at the installer’s discretion where the installer determines whether a defect is covered by the Warranty.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 You agree to provide access to the premises at the agreed time for our installers to carry out the Services.

5.2 You must ensure the installation area is safe and free from hazards.

6. Liability

6.1 Our liability to you is limited to directly foreseeable loss and, in all cases, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Services.

6.2 We are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of use, income or business.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge.

7.2 Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Website is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

9.1 Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use our Services after changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
